What happensWe translate the diagnosis into concrete, substantiated advice. This is also where we make explicit whether the solution lies with us or not: sometimes the best route is another supplier or another strategy, and then we say so.
What it deliversA design proposal with the recommended direction: a bespoke solution within your existing infrastructure, a new application, or the advice to proceed elsewhere. With it, the outline of the architecture, the risks and an implementation plan.
What happensWe deliver the chosen solution: developing, testing, training users and integrating it into your organisation's existing infrastructure. The build is divided into tangible milestones that you can test along the way.
What it deliversA working solution, the accompanying test results, and users and administrators who know how to work with it.
What happensWe check in practice whether the solution does its job, and adjust where necessary. This phase is not a conclusion but the beginning of an ongoing involvement.
